I am pleased to announce that effective today we have entered into an agreement to represent the CETCO drilling product line across our Canadian territory. CETCO is a leader in the drilling products technology environment and we will represent their HDD and geothermal product segments. CETCO offers a complete line of drilling fluids and additives along with engineering support and technical solutions which will contribute to our “total solutions approach”.

As part of our new alliance, we plan on a strategic sales launch including participation in our outdoor demonstration at the CANWELL 2010 show to be held in Winnipeg at the end of May.

We are excited at the opportunity of partnering with CETCO to grow and develop our drilling product line in our Canadian marketplace.
