Service Coordinator – General Application

What you’ll do
- Provide front-line assistance to customers on all service-related issues
- Manage the service process, including work orders, scheduling technicians and communicating with customers
- Obtain required parts from inventory and/or raise purchase requisition
- Assigns technician to perform diagnostic; advises customer as to issue, costs and expected completion
- Ensure technician work areas, equipment yard and service reception area are safe and organized
- Prepare estimates of recommended service repairs and present to the customer
- Monitor detail aging/outstanding claims, compares credits received to submitted claims, effects necessary data input and account reconciliations, follows up on short payments/discrepancies, and challenges rejected warranty claims with manufacturer(s), as applicable, ensuring satisfactory conclusions
- Monitor and ensure progress on all service maintenance intervals
- Monitor machine health in Fleet on a consistent basis
- Liaise with factory personnel on service and parts issues and update service reference manuals/ parts guides as needed
- Ensure completion of all factory bulletins
- Authorize warranty write-offs within certain limitations, obtaining prior approval, if necessary
- Close warranty work orders, entering/reconciling technician reports and ensuring the receipt of applicable credits and/or the provisions of any purchase orders
- Convey and project a professional image, ensuring ongoing customer relationships
- Ensure adherence to overall company policies and procedures, with emphasis on health and safety regulations
- Assist the team as required and perform other duties as assigned

Product Support Representative – Acheson, AB
Are you passionate about providing customers and team members technical support on all matters related to horizontal directional drilling (HDD)? We’re looking for a leader to develop relationships and influence the aftermarket customer experience by generating parts, service, and sales business in the HDD market within the territory.
What you will do
- As a member of an account management team; regularly visits established customers and develops new contacts to promote and increase parts, service and sales activities, including maintenance contracts and special offerings
- Provides product and technical support for HDD, including tooling, drilling fluids, and locating systems; participates in the relative selling function
- Provides product field training and demonstrations to both, external and internal customers
