Are you passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience by troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of Vermeer and other heavy equipment? We’re looking for a self-starter who enjoys hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting.

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures or malfunctions to reduce customer downtime
  • Test repaired equipment for performance and reliability
  • Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on all customer equipment
  • Review factory service bulletins and other pertinent information to ensure equipment is up to date
  • Convey a professional presence that aligns with the value we bring to the customer
  • Ensure problems are tactfully explained and the customer is satisfied
  • Prepare job estimates in accordance with work schedules and promised completion dates
  • Maintain a familiarity with the practical operation of all equipment
